Role Description

Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking the position of Digital Marketing Specialist to join our communication team. The primary responsibility of the role is to initiate and enhance digital campaigns across multiple digital marketing platforms and outside vendors. This position will also be responsible for reporting and analyzing each channel’s performance, as well as assisting in strategy and planning. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has experience manipulating data and designing reports that tell a clear story.

Key Responsibilities

Kenan Brand Building

  • Analyze the company’s digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance.
  • Conducted competitor analysis and studied market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.
  • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search social content to display across conversion funnels to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Support marketing managers to create a digital marketing strategy.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and tactics to increase traffic.

Communication Platform Management

  • Manage the company communication channels platform by updating editing while maintaining a consistent and appealing appearance throughout
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, technologies, and approaches
  • Manages data necessary for reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including Google Analytics and internal databases
  • Set up and launch advertising campaigns, determine budgets and timelines, craft compelling captions and ad copy, and monitor and optimize performance to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media engagement and performance metrics, summarize key performance indicators (KPIs), create dashboards for easy visualization, and conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Upload and publish content on the Kenan Website, ensure SEO best practices are followed, collaborate with the Development Team to address backend issues and enhance website functionality, and monitor website performance to suggest improvements.

Data Analysis and Management

  • Collect and analyze data from various projects to create comprehensive quarterly dashboards, conduct monthly meetings with project teams to track data collection progress and address issues, and provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Import and update contact lists in Salesforce to maintain an organized and current database and assist in segmenting contacts for targeted marketing efforts.

Admin and Project Support

  • Manage PR/PO processes using Sage in collaboration with the Finance Team. Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate conferences and other marketing events.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of direct experience working in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields (statistics, data science, or data marketing)
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, SalesForce
  • Social media platform management, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Website management, experience with WordPress
  • Good data analytical and data presentation skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Native Thai speaker with outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of web coding is also a plus
  • Multitasking and working well under pressure
