Role Description

Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking a senior professional for the position of Consultant (Based in Pattani Office) to act as a project manager of the social inclusion projects.

This position will be mainly managing projects, conducting analysis, providing a consulting and delivering a training course for social inclusion projects; contributing to project design and business development; and developing positive relations and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead social inclusion or community development project implementation from project designing, project implementation such as workshop training, research, analysis consultation etc. to ensure deliverables meet quality and is impactful per M&E indicator
Analyze the project strategy using qualitative and quantitative data and making any essential justification to ensure optimization
Manage project budget to ensure its optimization
Develop and design project proposal with collaboration closely with technical teams and partnership team to develop new project design and ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Applying analytical skills to plan and implement projects, and effectively translating outcomes into comprehensive reports that accurately reflect project achievements.

Stakeholder Management

Engage stakeholder developing insight into donor context and defining their needs to ensure positive relationships and retention
Establish good working relationships with program partners, such as schools, universities, health centers, local governments of Thailand

Business development/ Brand Development

Take part of proposal development by conduct searching and provide quality information that meet all aspects of the requirements
Brand ambassador, represent to key stakeholders and sharing knowledge in areas of expertise

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Public Health, Social Science, Social work, Humanities and Social Sciences, International Development or related field
Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in project implementation or project management is preferable
Having experience in managing Civic Engagement and Peace Building area is a plus
Having experience working with government agencies and non-government agencies, academic universities, or public health institute is a plus
Having a business mindset and experience working with government agencies, multilateral organization and/or corporate clients is an advantage
Able to travel for project on-site visiting in upcountry; Deep-south, North and Northeast area of Thailand and to neighboring countries.
Excellent in presentation, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Fluent in Business English and computer literacy
Proficiency in the Malayu dialect is an advantage
